　　欢迎您参加第四届世界互联网大会。大会将于2017年12月3日至5日在中国浙江省桐乡市乌镇举行。

　　Welcome to the Fourth World Internet Conference (WIC) in Wuzhen, Tongxiang of Zhejiang province from Dec 3-5.

　　　1、交通信息

　　　Transportation

　　大会组委会将为您提供从杭州萧山机场、上海虹桥机场、上海浦东机场、高铁杭州东站、高铁上海虹桥站、高铁桐乡站到注册点的往返接送服务，我们的工作人员将会带领您乘车。

　　The WIC Organizing Committee will provide shuttle service between the registration & sign in site and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Hangzhou East Railway Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, and Tongxiang High-speed Railway Station. Staff members from the conference organizing committee will guide the participants.

　　建议您乘坐大会专车前往酒店和会场。

　　It is recommended that you take the shuttle bus to the hotel and the conference site.

　　接机/站班车服务时间：

　　12月2日(星期六)00：00-24：00

　　12月3日(星期日)00：00-12：00

　　Service time of pick up / station shuttle service:

　　December 2nd (Saturday) 00:00-24:00

　　December 3rd (Sunday) 00:00-12:00

　　请在机场或者火车站的到达大厅找到以下接机/站牌。我们的工作人员将会带领您乘车。

　　Please find the pick up / stop sign at the arrival hall of the airport or the railway station. Our staff will lead you to the bus.

　　　2、注册签到

　　　Registration & Sign in

　　参会嘉宾注册签到点设置在乌镇东栅游客服务中心。请您凭有效护照/港澳台居民通行证/身份证前往办理注册手续，并领取嘉宾证、会议材料等。

　　Guests registration & sign in point is set at Wuzhen East Gate Tourist Service Center. Please register with the valid passport / Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents pass / ID card, and receive the guest card, conference materials and so on.

　　注册签到服务时间：

　　12月2日(星期六)00：00至12月5日(星期二)11：00。

　　(12月2日00：00至12月3日12：00为集中注册签到时间)

　　Service time of registration & sign in:

　　From December 2nd (Saturday) 00:00 to December 5th (Tuesday) 11:00.

　　(Time of centralized registration: December 2nd 00:00 to December 3rd 12:00 noon)

　　　3、住宿

　　　Accommodation

　　现场注册签到后，请您在现场工作人员的指引下乘坐大会班车前往酒店办理入住手续。敬请携带好身份证件以便办理入住手续。

　　After the on-site registration, please take the shuttle bus to the hotel for check-in under the guidance of the staff. Please bring your ID for check-in.

　　　4、网络服务

　　　Network Service

　　会议期间组委会将在酒店及会场提供免费Wi-Fi。

　　During the conference, the organizing committee will provide free Wi-Fi at the hotel and conference site.

　　　5、语言

　　　Language

　　大会以中文、英文为主要工作语言。开幕式上将提供中、英、俄、法同声传译；其他论坛提供中、英同声传译。

　　The conference takes Chinese and English as the main working language. There will be simultaneous interpretation of Chinese, English, Russian, and French at the opening ceremony, and simultaneous interpretation of Chinese and English at other forums.

　　　6、天气

　　　Weather

　　乌镇隶属桐乡市地处东南沿海，属典型的亚热带季风气候。12月份是当地的冬季，体感温度较低，请您携带冬衣，防寒保暖。

　　Wuzhen is located at the Southeast coast of China, and boasts a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Given the low temperature in December, warm clothes are needed.

　　　7、着装

　　　Dress Code

　　开、闭幕式和论坛请着正装或民族服装。在景区内步行，建议着低跟或者平跟鞋。

　　Formal suits or national costumes are recommended for the opening and closing ceremonies and the forums. Low-heeled shoes or flats are recommended for long walk in the West Scenic Zone.
