     As the world's largest developing country, China has implemented a series of strategies, measures and actions to address climate change, to protect and sustainably use marine resources and terrestrial ecosystems, and to promote a green and low-carbon transition with positive results, despite its own economic and social difficulties.

     In this process, Chinese youth have played an active role. Since 2019, the national Youth Federation has launched the "Beautiful China - Youth Action" campaign to mobilize young people to contribute to building a beautiful China and promoting global sustainable development. Firstly, it has deepened the "Protect Mother River" campaign. Secondly, we advocate sustainable consumption patterns around haze reduction, emission reduction, plastic reduction and resource and energy conservation. Thirdly, we will promote the action of separating household waste.

     The national China Youth Federation has been actively engaged in international cooperation in ecology and environmental protection, and has attracted more than 500,000 Chinese youths and 20,000 foreign youths to plant more than 660,000 mu of trees across China since 2000. In international exchanges, it actively shares China's experience in ecological and environmental protection and other related fields, and continues to expand youth cooperation.

     There is only one Earth for all mankind, and all countries share one world, so it is important to promote a sense of "community of human destiny".
