近日，有流传说法称：左氟沙星眼药水可以防止新冠病毒从眼部进入。
真相：左氧氟沙星滴眼液主要用来治疗多种病原体(包括细菌、支原体、衣原体等)引起的眼部感染。左氧氟沙星抗菌谱广，对多种细菌及支原体、衣原体也有良好的抗菌作用，但病毒和细菌不是一回事，目前并无研究结果证明左氧氟沙星眼药水对新型冠状病毒有预防和杀伤作用。
