《印度教徒报》官方网站9月13日报道：9月10日，印度和中国外长在莫斯科会晤并就缓和边界紧张局势的五点解决方案达成一致后，印中双方已经冻结在拉达克东部实际控制线(沿线的所有调动和活动。报道说，恢复中印陆军指挥官军级的、最高级别对话的日期和议程尚待决定。到目前为止，部队军级指挥官已经开会五次了。印度可能会坚持要求中国代表团进行会谈。

　　The official website of the HINDU DAILY reported on September 13, that after the India Foreign Ministers of China Foreign Minister met in Moscow on September 10, an agreement including five solutions have been made to ease the border tension and India and China have frozen all movements and activities along the line of actual control in the east of Ladakh. The report said that the date and agenda for the future military level and highest level meeting between Chinese and Indian army have not been decided. Till now, the Ministry level commanders have had five times meetings. India may insist the Chinese delegation’s meeting.
